BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer Cancellation / Substitution / Delays:

• Daily charters only (does not apply to holiday packages) Advance bookings: Any booking inquiry of 45days+ outside of the booking date will be regarded as an advance booking therefore will require a 25% down payment to complete a confirmation booking.

• This deposit is refundable 14days prior to the booking date. Any cancellation within this 14 days your deposit will be forfeited. We can  reschedule your confirmed booking to another date depending if we have availability.

• Short Term bookings: Any booking inquiry received within 45days to your booking date will be considered a short term booking. A 25% deposit down payment is required to complete your confirmed booking. Any cancellation within 7days to your confirmed booking date will forfeit your deposit.

• Any other booking inquiry within a 7days toward your booking charter date will require full payment to complete a confirmed booking.

• No refund will be available for a cancellation within 24hrs prior to the arranged charter.
  
  
• Hidden Gem cannot be held responsible for disruption to your charter due to adverse weather conditions. Hidden Gem will endeavor to adhere to stated departure and arrival times without liability to any participant for any failure to meet those times for any cancellation or delay of Hidden Gem services.

• Hidden Gem shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly out of an abandonment of, or delay to, any trip, however caused. Hidden Gem reserved the right to substitute equipment of its own(for any reason) to avoid disruption of supply or service
